Welcome to Micronations United!
Micronations United is a website that is solely based on bringing people that are interested in micronations together. Micronations are countries unrecognized by major world powers or world governments. Micronation leaders and citizens are also very welcome here as many micronations are listed on our list of micronations and so if we can have users interacting in the community we can make this a better place. Micronations are also very easy to create. Thanks to the Montevido Conference there are 4 things that can make a micronation. These four things include... Claimed land, government, permanent population and a constitution. At some point or another any good or even very small micronations will have to have at least three of these to do what they want. Many micronations exist. While many aren't recognizable for even a micronation, there is an estimated 400+ micronations in the world. We currently have 64 listed from our sources and gathers. YAMO's are not popular amongst micronations. YAMO's are the UN's of the micronations. When the actual YAMO existed it lasted less than a year before it's foreclosure. The whole organization was a complete flop said some of micronationalists. The most recent micronations to appear are the Republic of Liberland and the United Federation of BMH. The United Federation of BMH is rumored to have a nearby country near it called the Commonwealth for Citizens against War. The United Federation of BMH is a country in Northwest Kansas area that is about 1.4 or 1 and a half acres big. The country has almost completely gone virtual rathar than physical. The Republic of Liberland is a micronation that exists near the border of disputed territory in Croatia and Soatia.
